Mmeso Ifebuzor The throne of glass is written in third person, narated by Elizabeth Evans. The story is mainly told through Celaena, but occasionally other characters such as Prince Dorian, Chaol, and even the King.
Throughout the book we grow to understand Celeaena‘s desire to be free as she struggles with her past, growing emotions, as well as the complicated feeling and friendships she forms.

Mmeso Ifebuzor I would recommend this book to reader that love adventure, magic, and a bit of mystery. This book is for reader above the age of 12 as it has slightly difficult vocabulary, as well as the emotions are better understood by a more mature reader. 2y

Pickpick

The Cruel Prince is about a mortal girl, Jude Duarte, who tries to navigate a world of hate, betrayal, and her complicated and growing feeling towards her enemy. Jude is forced to grow up in Faerie land alongside her two sisters after being whisked away and raised by their parents' murderer.

Mmeso Ifebuzor As a mortal, living in a realm of immortal magic, Jude feels powerless at her own weakness. Between her mortality and lack of magical ability, she faces a grave disadvantage in earning power and prestige. However is determined to prove herself as more than a mere mortal, by being chosen as a knight in faerie court. (edited) 2y
Mmeso Ifebuzor The biggest theme in The Cruel Prince, that cruelty of one person pressures others to be just as cruel. Most characters in the novel repay the cruelty they received back to other characters. Balekin‘s abuse towards Cardan, caused him to become twisted, causing him to be cruel to Jude and those weaker than him. Jude is mean to others because that is how Madoc taught her to survive, and the cruelty he displayed in front of her. 2y
Mmeso Ifebuzor The cruel prince is written in first-person. The magical yet fatal land of Faerie is seen vividly through the eyes of the main protagonist, Jude.
This book is perfect for you, if you like mystery, fantasy, with a tad bit of romance. Personally, I loved it as you can see great character development in both Jude and Cardan as well as the growth between their relationship.
